| Our "Down East" trip, August 2011 |
| We Drove through Montreal, Quebec City, and across New Brunswick to get to the Confederation Bridge. We toured PEI for several days, took the ferry to Nova Scotia and then drove back to New Brunswick. From there we drove south along the coast into Maine and Massachusetts. Since hurricane Irene was heading our way, we left Massachusetts a day early and went to Ithaca for a few days. When we headed back toward Collingwood, we stay a couple of nights with our friends, Linda & Charlie, in Ridgeway (Fort Erie area). |
